Is Wolves a Halloween song? Nope.

Is the Eras track on my songs for a spooky season playlist? Yup.

Why?

Well, primarily because Wolves is a great track. The song appears on Eras 2020 collection Response to Signal. It’s a got a great electro indie-pop feel with a real earworm of a chorus… and tons of howling wolves which, in my mind, makes it suitable for Halloween listening.

Check it out now, then follow it up with their latest album ASTRAL PROJECTIONS. I enjoy the whole collection but I particularly love the track Moonlight and its Slim Macho remix.

Songs for a Spooky Season Playlist

Okay, they’re not all Halloween songs, but this playlist of Newfoundland and Labrador artists cover a range of themes that definitely help to set the end of October mood.

Ghosts, demons, murderers, devils, dead bodies, hell, Shakespearean witch quotes, gothic novel references, wolves howling, slasher-flick killers… this playlist’s got them all.
